Dorothy's worried about remembering all the proper protocols for meeting the royals but luckily Patchwork Girl can make a magic dress and will take care of the protocol for her. To make the magic dress, they need magic scissors, which Dorothy finds in Cuttenclips. The scissors create a beautiful gown, but the animated gown wreaks havoc on the Ball, starting skirmishes between the royals. How will Dorothy be able to fix the Ball?
