A company made an employee redundant after he wanted to return to work following a kidney transplant. He won an employment tribunal - but his former boss hasn't paid a penny. Can the sheriffs put that right? Barclays might be worth £31.4 billion in revenue, but no company is too big for the sheriffs to tackle on behalf of an unhappy customer.
